Millard Reads Program
What Is Millard Reads?
Millard Reads is a cooperative program developed by the Media departments at all of the Millard High Schools. The goal is to promote reading of great young adult fiction among Millard's high school students. The librarians at each school have submitted titles, reviewed the books and compiled a list of a variety of new young adult titles. The books included on this list were selected because of their contemporary nature. They come from a variety of genres including non-fiction, historical, realistic, fantasy, and science fiction. It is our hope that you will find books that you like and share them with other people. Below is a link to the Book Ballot that you can fill out to share your opinions with other students. We will be putting your thoughts about these books on this site for others to read and enjoy. Through your comments and other student's recommendations, we hope you will enjoy reading and read often. We also invite you to login to our library catalog and post reviews there. Periodic drawings for prizes will occur throughout the year. Students who participate by reviewing books will have their names in the drawing.
